Can this be true? If so where is wargaming headed?

I know the minis get better and cheaper, for historical anyway. GW plays with you, you don't play with them.

What do you guys think? To many rules?

Gabe
ps if already discussed forgive me, I don't know

I have zero clue on what your post is about.

What has too many rules Wal-mart?

Every Dakkanaught gets a 4+ Pinch of Salt save.
When you suffer a Falling Sky hit, roll a D6 - on a 4+ the hit is ignored as per the Pinch of Salt save. On a 1-3 panic insues - you automatically fail common sense tests for the next 2 weeks and get +7 to your negativity stat. -Praxiss

The usage of the english language here has left me bamboozled

If you're trying to say does Wal Mart sell any models, I think the answer is no. They dont stock models of any sort, not even tamiya. Does not appeal to kids

He might be refering to the 28mm WW2 toys that they sell.ME and my brother have bought them before and used them for 40k.Hey it is kinda kool to seeyour ORks crusing around in NAZI vehicles also 88s work great for Basilisk filler.BTW they also are supplied with terrain.

Here is a link to a catalog of their products http://smalljoes.com/cat/132-scale-military-models-21st-Century-Toys-Elite-Force-Forces-of-Valor-30.shtml

Hmm I do know that Wal Mart and other sell military toys, but they're no where as small as 28mm. The one you linked is 1/32 scale

Wal-Mart does sell Bolt Action rifles, bu tthey are not toys and should be kept away from children and/or Frazzled.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
After trying to decipher the OP, I think he may possible be talking about this.

Which looks like it would either be a source book or rulebook for Bolt Action.

I personally would not have a problem with a 28mm WW2 historical tabletop game being sold at Wal-Mart.

I don't think Warlord could keep up with Wal-Marts insane stocking practices and general duchebaggery, but that's another topic for another time.

Looks like they will be selling the books at least though. It is listed on their website and Warlord Games is the author.

sometimes these places will get this information from the printer, but never actually seek to stock the product.

For awhile Legendary Realms (our first rpg) was listed on Barnes and Noble's website, but they never contacted us to stock it.. nor did it end up going through distro.

I know this is a bit old, but I just read it. Would be very cool if it was available. But I'm wondering if it has anything to do with it being a joint osprey/Warlord Games book. I think Walmart has carried a few osprey books before...ones like DK books. I don't know, but maybe that is it?
