HQ
Shas'El Fireknife (MP,PR) Targeting array, HW-MT

Elites
3 Stealthsuits, team leader, markerlight, marker drone

Troops
6 FW, pulse rifles,2 gun drones Devilfish w/ disruption pod and MT
6 FW,pulse rifles,2 gun drones
12 Kroot

Heavy Support
1 Broadside w/ 2 gun drones

=751 points

Well this list is much focused on capturing objectives than kill points but here's a basic obj capturing tactica:
1 Fire warrior squad at one flank with kroot acting as meat shields, the other in a transport at the opposite flank. Broad side camps obj with some cover and maybe even elevated. Shas'el will cover any unit that is being shot at. Then the stealth suits hang and markerlight everything the broadside, Shas'el, or any other thing that just wants to get shot at.

I would get rid of the gun drones on the broadside personally because of the fact that it will reduce the toughness of the unit as a whole, to replace the two I would get one shield drone to take one insta-kill shot or more each turn (allocate as many as possible),

In this list I would also drop the stealth suits. they are fun and fluffy but JsJ Fireknifes (Plasma rifle, Missile Pod and Multi-Tracker) are much better. Even one of these is better that three of those and your HQ wont be alone and will have a back up to place some wounds on (if there are points to spare grab some shield drones for your HQ, remember that he and your suit are only T4 and can be insta-killed by a missile launcher that every space marine army at this size has).

Kroot are nice just be sure to keep them in cover and have the enemy get close to them for a counter assault.

Yeah I was thinking of dropping the suits, I might aswell get pathfinders for the markerlights. I'll prolly put a fireknife body guard instead for the Shas'El. I can ask other tau players if they want to split on the broadside suits. I'll keep the body and he'll get the metal bitz. Haha

I wouldn't invest in an expensive Fire Knife Suits in a 750 point game. Crisis Suits are usually the first things to get wailed upon, and the 190-195 point plasma/missile pod suits are a points vacuum.

In such a small list, I'd make an Elite Crisis Suit Team of two with burst cannons and missile pods and a multi-tracker, stick them with the Shas'el. That's roughly 100 Points? It'll keep costs down and still be able to adress pretty much anything at 750 without making them a points sink. It gives you a little points surplus for something else, like a Shield Drone for the Broadside.

I'd drop the gun drones on the FW squads and take a regular Fire Warrior plus a Leader + Bonding Knife so they don't run away.

You don't really need the multi-tracker on the Devil Fish, since its Burst Cannon is the most effective thing on it.

+1 to this. Burst Cannons are S5 and the Missile Pods will destroy any transports in that point range with ease. Plus. they're dirt cheap and effective. I would also drop the Gun Drones...they only thing I've ever used them for is a Deep-Striking, JSJ Distraction...and they're good at it. At 750 points however, I'd spend it on units that aren't "throw-away".

Ill try investing on the crisis team. Although I may use the BC/flamer combo for anti infantry. But i am liking the BC/MP combo
