In the caverns of Mount Arrast, in the Northeast of the Ogre Kingdoms, rests a tribe of the most uncommon type. It all started when, more than 500 years ago, a group of dwarves led by Giloril, a famous brewer, penetrated the cold steppes of the Ogres kingdom. It is by introducing Giloril's famously strong beer to the Ogres that the dwarves made them strong allies. it is said that Giloril's beer is so sustaining and strong that the Ogres immediately revered its maker. From then, the Ogres of Mount Arrast have been fighting alongside Giloril and his friends in many battles and their alliance doesn't seem to be fading, at least as long as Giloril's recipe remains secret. You can immediately recognize Giloril's strongest beer by its big, white ''X'' marked on each barrel and mug. It is this mark that the Ogre tribe dwelling in the caverns of Mount Arrast took as its own to glorify the beer that makes them the lethal (and full-bellied) warriors they are.

It is the first few times I've sculpted so please shoot some commentaries and tips!!!

Not ye' Bearrrd! Very nice indeed. Keep it up.

I have a little hobby-thread going in the P&M section. Some say it's the best blog on Dakka, some don't agree, most belive it would be better if I finished at least one project some time this century and not just kept starting new ones.
Check it out, you just might like it.

Hey everyone

Decided to add the pictures to the last post as well as to the OP so we can all keep track of the progress. Here are my first Ironguts

Hey guys!

I would like to have your opinion on the first bases.

Here they are:

You'll also notice that I've changed slightly my theme. I received the bases I was thinking of for the ''cave'' theme but they don't quite work. Hence why I've taken out the ''cave'' in my ''cave ogres''.

Thanks !

Nice project. I always like to see Ogres with a specific cultural influence.

The old meta is dead and the new meta struggles to be born. Now is the time of munchkins.

Haha never saw this video before, it's pretty funny.

I really have something for beards. I could never see myself without one. I don't think I've ever been entirely shaved ever since I started having beard, circa 2004 haha

thanks for the comments everyone, it's appreciated.

I will post new stuff this week, promise!
