Where should I spend the extra 145 points?

Well, not an ideal BA army. Tactical have no place in a BA force. An Epistolary is not worth it, a normal Librarian would suffice. You are light in the anti-tank department.

I agree with previous post. Seriously drop the tactical marines they hold no benefits in a BA list. Replace with assualt marines and give them meltagun and/or meltabomb. Theres your Anti tank. Give your self either a scout squad with missile launcher 4x snipers and camo cloaks (100 points) so they can camp objectives. You'll want the AM to take the fight to your opponent. Alternatively give yourself another Baal pred. Upgrade all other AM with your remaining points from replacing TM with AM.

Feeling like you want your list to be OP? give yourself mephiston as a HQ. Replace Multimeltas on Gunship with something else as your lascannons will take care of most vehicles. give it heavy bolters so you can destroy infantry.
