We all know that the Ecclesiarchy is largely based off the medieval Roman Catholic Church, so do they have an equivalent to the Apostle's Creed? I mean, we've all heard about Imperial Guardsmen and citizens reciting the fede Imperialis and the Imperial Creed and such, but has there been any transcript/s of it?

I should have left him there. He had served his purpose. He owed me nothing - yet he gave himself to me willingly. Why? I know not. He is nothing more than a pathetic human. An inferior race. A mon-keigh. But still I broke off my wings so that I might carry him easier. I took him from that place, into the snowstorm where our tracks will not be found. He is heavy. And he is dying. And he is slowing me down. But I will save him. Why? I know not. He is still warm. I can feel his blood ebbing across me. For every beat of his heart, another, slight spill of heat. The heat blows away on the winter wind. His blood is still warm. But fading. And I have spilled scarlet myself. The snow laps greedily at our footsteps and our lifeblood, covering them without a trace as we fade away.

'She sat on the corner, gulping the soup down, uncaring of the heat of it. They had grown more watery as of late she noted, but she wasn't about to beggar food from the Imperials or the "Bearers of the Word." Tau, despite their faults at least didn't have a kill policy for her race.'

The Imperial Creed isn't available to us, like the codex astartes and tactica imperialis are only cited and bits shown.
So basically the Imperial Creed may be available to imperial citizens in different forms.
You don't need to provide a "book of Lorgar" type of tome for your followers, for the IG the most common pieces of the imperial creed may be found in the IIUP, the small booklet each member of the Guard has...

That's a misunderstanding, I gather. That's not a development of the 'modern' (post-Heresy) Imperial Cult, but dates back to the Great Crusade-era Lectitio Divinitatus. I'm sure pre-Heresy Lorgar would be proud/horrified to see how the Imperium turned out, and how the Emperor's fears and warnings against religion turned out to be justified.

It's the most commonly said sentence in the IOM. Just read one of the book not about Space Marines.

I know it is, just trying to 'correct' an Imperial historical error, no offense intended.

And good point about the the Space Marines, while the Codex entry on Chaplains displays not just their disregard for the Ecclesiarchy, but also their 'unbelief' in the Emperor's divinity and more in His perfection, this quote is the most direct I have ever found:

"As for Sergeant Aramus, he was a Blood Raven, and like most of his battle-brothers believed in no god." - Dawn of War II by C. Robertson

And thank you google-fu and 1d4chan - found a fan-made copy transcript of the Imperial Creed.
"We believe in one Lord, the Emperor, the Almighty, ruler of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen. We believe in one Lord, Emperor of Mankind, the only Lord of creation, eternally begotten of Humanity, Human from Human, Light from Light, true Lord from true Lord, begotten, not made, of one Being with Humanity; through him all things were made. For us and for our salvation he came down from heaven, was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and came among us. For our sake he has faced down Chaos; he withstood death and was enthroned. To this day he lives on in accordance with the Scriptures; he resides upon Mother Terra and is seated upon the throne of Humanity. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Emperor, the giver of life, who proceeds from Humanity and from Terra, who with Humanity and upon Terra is worshipped and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets. We believe in one holy true and divinely guided Ecclesiarchy. We acknowledge one path for the defense against Chaos. We look for the justice for our dead, and the life of the worlds to come."

I'm no expert on the Space Marines' belief-system as they for me are usually quite dull.

What exactly did it stand in the Space Marines Codex about the Chaplains. I don't wanna look it up, as MW's writing is likely to give me an ulcer.

Basically, it says that Chapter Cults are independent from the Ecclesiarchy. The oldest Chapters have traditions that go back to the Great Crusade. The rosarius Chaplains wear is a sign of cordial relations, so even though neither have no authority over the other, they're at peace with each other. Some Chapter traditions are quite barbaric in comparison to the 'civilized' traditions of the Ecclesiarchy. Most tenets of Chapter Cults would be heresy by anyone outside the Chapter, especially one (common to all Chapters) that states that while the Emperor is venerated as a perfect example of what every Human being should be, He's still just a man, even if He is a man like no other. And where it's applicable (Blood Ravens and a lot of other Chapters don't know their Primarchs), the Primarch is venerated second only to the Emperor Himself.

Yeah it was something like that.

As for transcripts you have the Imperial Guardsman's Uplifting Primer. There are a lot of strange religious wording there.

Like the Incantation of the Maimed: "I lost a limb, but I gained faith. For I survived!"

So that's the Imperial Guard's version...I imagine the 'official' fede Imperialis is much longer.

It is one transcript. I just took a short one as I didn't want the hazzle of dictating a long one like the Warrior's Catechism of Worship.

My favorites from tIIUP are
The Litany of Smiting -
Holy Emperor, Deliver us from the darkness of the Void, guide my weapon in Your service.

And of coarse the Prayer of hatred for the Mutant -

To be Unclean
That is the mark of the Mutant
To be Impure
That is the mark of the Mutant
To be Abhorred
That is the mark of the Mutant
To be Reviled
That is the mark of the Mutant
To be Hunted
That is the fate of the Mutant
To be Purged
That is the fate of the Mutant
To be Cleansed
That is the fate of all Mutant

So badass
