My GW clippers were okay, but they're getting pretty dull, and they were never that sharp to begin with. What brand of clippers do you guys like? I was eyeballing those PP clippers, but haven't heard much feedback on them.

The Privateer ones are pretty good. The head is smaller than the GW one, so it is easier to clip sprues, and has held up well after cutting metal for a while. I'd go with them.

A pair of inexpensive diagonal cutters for jewelry making works just fine. Paying for a hobby company's brand name is pointless for something like this.

Mine come from the local electronics hobby store.
Tungsten carbide edged jaws - they cut through even steel guitar strings without problems.
With the cam action, they even cut through thicker metal minis with minimal effort. Cost me less than the GW ones, too.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
That is not dead which can eternal lie ...
... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

You wouldn't happen to have a photo or link for those, would you?
