Hello there,

This is the test model to my current army and i'd like a bit of feedback and constructive criticism please. The body comes from the games day captain minature from 2007/8 i think with some space wolf parts (head, arms and shoulderpads). I painted him using the scheme from the WD where they released the new paint system so the armour and metal have all been done witht he new paints. If you like it im happy to post some of my skyclaws here and other finsihed models as time goes by, but im not doing a P&M blog as i never have time to keep updating, so to the pictures....

Hope you enjoyed these

Right seeing as there has been an interest in these models i have decided to post some more, all finshed other than basing as i do not know what i am doing with the basing yet. These are of my skyclaws and are painted in the same way as the model above, the first two shots are the group shots focusing on the the front and back line (sorry it was the way my camera happened to be set up) and then a general alround and parts from two of the specalist guys. Some of the guys do have mould lines which i hadn't spotted till afterwards, these are also old models which i just repainted so didn't take huge amounts of time cleaning them up, if the lone wolf was the test model these guys are the test unit so to speak

I prefer the first of the two images as the colours came out better

This is plasma man and the guy that has the all rounder done on

Lighting on the above photo is a bit bright and i don't know why

Now we have the guy with the grenade, again the lighting is a bit wierd and i'm not sure why as i used the same rig for all the photos and some came out differently, i will try and improve how i take them in future

The last guy has his legs pointing forward but is swining his chainsword round to the left as if he has sliced into something but is carrying on in a staright line

Facing "forward"

His front

Thanks again for stopping by, any positive comments or constructive criticism is welcomed

@SargentWhiskey thanks very much, i'm trying to keep them clean and crisp, almost old style bright rather than the sort of grim dark dark colours of that makes sense

@reps01 Thanks, looking forward to doing more, but it is difficult so thanks

@Blood Lord Soldado thanks very much, just copied it straight out of the white dwarf and it just worked so i can't take full credit

Would any body be interested in seeing grey hunter, wolves etc when they are painted? I have a battle force in building/painting at the moment
