I know these is probably ask, and then answer but i couldn't find the answer to these basic foehammer question...just simple answer is all i need

1) when you throw the foehammer, does it lowers the miniature initiative to 1? as normal thunder hammer will do

2) when you throw the foehammer, does it have to allocate these shooting power or whatever to an IC unit? if the unit have any IC i mean......

A. Yes.

It is a shooting attack, so treat it exactly like a standard shooting attack.

The only time you get to really use the foehammer to full effect is when you have Arjac going toe to toe with a lone IC or MC. Throw the hammer, wound and then reduce his I to 1. In the cc round that follows they go at the same time. Also it's great if you have a rune priest within 24" of the target with JOTWW. Beat an initiative check on I1
