This good 'ol rendition of Fatecrusher but with blue scribes to free up a few more points to spend. That means more bloodcrushers. Im using this list for a planetstrike-ish campaign and this will be a 500 pt force meant to advance my position and gain ground. I will have the advantage of choosing the pt limit for the game. Heres the 500 pts list.

I was thinking about a 2x soulgrinder 500 pt list too if anyone has some ideas. I was thinking the it would look something like this,

Definitely the first list. In the second I would ditch Phlegm and The Masque to upgrade to actual troops.

The mono Tzeetch looks good, I might try to grab 3 flamers for a Horror unit and an instrument - throw the scribes with them as they are all jump infantry and they ought to clean up at this level.

I would go with the all Tzeentch list; At 500 points, having multiple squads where each one has assault 3 weapons and AP 4 per model is something not to scoff at. With all the shots, something is bound to die and fail it's 3+ or 2+ save (unless they are God-like when rolling armor saves). Also, shuffle around points to get a icon in there; it's worth it. I've won games with it allowing me to wipe out a squad about to change the entire battle based on their skill (thank you breath of chaos! ).

Interesting, one of the guys im facing has tau and basicly mobs crisis suits. So the horrors wont be effective against their 3+ save when ya need 5s to wound. Another player im fighting is the Chaos Space Mariens tz list with rhinos. I think the first list might be able to take both out at a 500 pt lvl.

The Tau list looked like 10 fire warriors and 4 crisis cuits or something of that nature. One of the SM players beat him so I am not to concerned about them. Just dont know how the Crushers will stand up to them.

The CSM is the one I really need to worry about. Im attacking 2 of his hexs with 2x 500 pt lists and one more hex at 2000 pts. I was going to run Fatecrusher for that one. Scribecrusher for the small fights.

Oh, this is a campaign game? Okay, at lower points it would be ideal to wipe out the enemy under a hail of fire. Go with Tzeentch Horror army until 1000 points, then start spamming Fatecrusher like hell!

Ha, thats not a bad plan. But at 500 pts, thats not a whole lot of horrors. Maybe 20. and if they dont all get tied in CC theyll lose to hails of fire.

Scribecrusher is a feasible list at 500 pts. My kill team is 5x crushers stock.
