Recently I jumped over to GW website and saw that new necron models were available, searching through them I didn't see a Doom/Night Scythe kit any where. Is there going to be a third release or is GW just not going to sell a kit for them?

Check the Rumors section. Supposedly June 2nd is a potential day for them and other various fliers.
