This should be a monster army. I like the idea because big scary things usually scare the enemy player and allow me to move his units as I wish across the battlefield.
And several scary monsters should be able to confuse my enemy player when choosing his shooting targets. Please let me know any constructive thoughts and advice.

6 Movement, 6x ST6 attacks + D3 Impact hits +1attack for each won round of cc, +additional attack for each successfull armor save, has 1+ armor save, rerolls failed armor saves, 6+wsv from shield

This big naughty boy should be more than enough of a distracion.

Firstly. Switch the numbers of your Gor and ungor around. Also, why no shard?
Get both of those and turn your ungor into a mage bunker.
I find minotaurs more effective with great weapons or Additional hand weapons.
I find that a Beastlord in a block of bestigor will be better overall than 3 minotaurs too.
IMO Ghorgons don't do enough to justify their cost. At least the Cygor gives you a stone thrower.

You do not need shard in this low of points.

I would separate the razors into two separat units and try to fit in more gor and less ungor.

Also what lores are you running?

One shaman should be using Lore of Beasts, one should be using Shadow.

Are you -sure- you wouldn't want a presence of Bestigors in your army? I swear by them and the BsB banner of beasts.

Well it seems like this is intended as a fun army, but yes. Bestigors are almost a requierd thing in most Beastmen armies

Looks fun not necessarily competitive. FYI, you do not get parry saves on minotaur, they have frenzy and therefore do not the extra save. For the doombull consider the sword of swift slaying, his initiative is pretty good so you maybe rerolling misses with the ASF, there is some debate if the ramhorn attacks would reroll misses, IMO you would be hitting back with that rule as the sword grants the wielder ASF not just the sword striking with ASF.

Of course minos are not frenzied to begin with, but yea, pick ahw or great weapon (more than likely ahw). Actually, I think you shouldn't run three minos anyway, you should invest the points into making the gors a LOT bigger. As to the doombull, ASF is absolutely imperative, makes his load of attaks far far far more useful. Also, I'd heartily suggest running him alone, if you put him with three minos he barely gets a LOS! vs artillery, and in combat they just generate CR as their squishy T4 selves get poked in the nuts and the rerolling ramhorn doombull is never attaked.

Here are my unit-by-unit thoughts:

As noted, he needs Sword of Swift Slaying, and perhaps the +1I gift while you're at it. Avoid cannons, solo into units, kill everything

You could probably drop the extra level on the Beast caster and just go with Wildform if you need the points ...
Core
40 ungor (shield, spear, mus, standard) - 249 pts

Get those gor to around 40, run 10-wide to chop things up properly. I'd also probably grab champs for both units. You know you can put the doombull with the ungor, to act as a launchpad and also benefit from ITP from frenzy.

2x Razorgor - 110 pts
3x Minotaur (HW, LA, Shield) - 177 pts
With Crass, split the razors up into one pig units (and watch out for panicking the rest of your army). And as I said, I'd not use the minos at all, until you can get 6-8 of them (or simply take bestigors instead )
Rare
Ghorgon - 275 pts
Ghorgons may suffer from having no save of any kind, but I actually think they're pretty rocking, thanks to T6 W6 and a boatload of attaks. I say keep him!

Right you are on the frenzy tbh I would not run minotaur without he typical minobus with 3 gorebull/doombull in the front which are all frenzied. The T4 just makes then to squishy for their cost to not run them like that.

You just need a gore and a doom and a champ IMO but that is too expensive for these points. I have found after playing alot of games with beastmen (got near the ole 300) that we struggle in lower points but rock socks at 2k+
