A friend of mine told me not to use foundation paints in my airbrush as it will mess it up. It messed up one of his tips on his. Just wondering if I could use them with the proper precautions?
In my experience, I've found that they are more prone to clogging the air brush than traditional layer paints. That being said, just dilute them enough. The occasional extra cleaning that they may require isn't that big of a deal really.
You can use (almost) any kind of acrylic paint with an airbrush - as long as you thin it enough. Foundation paints are no exceptions, although you'll need to thin them considerably.
