Two things:
The Overlord in the Barge is mostly flying around his party bus of doom and you'll be wanting to keep it up and running as much as possible. Use his wounds to keep it moving and keep it being a distraction/vehicle popper.
The Stalker feels out of place in this list. It's a force multiplier for more shooting armies. Taking one to hobble up to midfield and get wasted doesn't fit the army theme you want. I'd drop it, nix the scarabs, and get another squad of wraiths. Scarabs without spiders will be S6+ shooting bait and be wasted quickly.

Your barges can stun light transports, your Ghost Arks w/ Crypteks can try to pop heavier armor, and your
CCB Lord is rushing towards the hardest
AV value. Barring that, he can try to pop armor to Telsa the contents to death. This is all advancing with 18 wraiths leaping up to destroy the enemy. If you can stun vehicles turn one, with poor deployment on the enemies part, you'll be multi-assualting his parking lot into oblivion.
Now getting 18 wraith models... *shrug* That's on you!
