Howdy, here's my latest henchman list after much playtesting. I'm leaving power armour and terminator/paladins for other army lists. This list is insane, but has had problems against a lot of AV14 (battlewagons with KFF) - not too sure what to do about that.

Any comments? I know it is forum-fashion to dislike plasma cannons, but I love the ability of a group of three at 60 pts to almost guarantee a direct hit and force saves from turn 1 and every other turn - their only downside as far as I'm concerned is their lack of mobility. I'm also aware that although Shadows of the Warp doesn't pose too much of a problem and a Librarian hood may cause a few target priority problems, this list has a distinct disadvantage against GK Aegis and Farseers.

an Ordo Xenos will get you the core grenades you want for 35pts less. That is one seriously expensive DK.

I've tried a DK in various configurations, most especially with just a teleporter. However, on too many occassions I've found a DK without a shooting attack is a DK that isn't doing any damage turn after turn, despite the teleport shunt. Hence the incinerator. As for the sword, it was the best use of 25 pts I could find given that all the other units apart from the Techmarine have been shaved down to their bare minimum.

The OXI is very interesting I'll trial him out thank you. But I would lose that 2+ save for the Vindicare which doubles his survivability vs only a 3+ save.
