I don't think the terminators really need the chaos glory icon. There are only 3 of them so they will probably be all killed in return fire after they show up and melta something.
The havoc launchers are not that useful either. You should be driving 12 inches to get the bezerkers into combat so you can't shoot anyway.
I would say dump the terminator icon, the havoc launchers and the raptors and get two more obliterators to pair up with the two you already have. Obliterators are great, but they're not that survivable, especially if they're hanging out by their lonesome.
Leaving your obliterators in the back field isn't that great of an idea either. They're still only toughness 4 so a lot of things can insta-kill them. I've had great success deep striking my obliterators to use their multi meltas on tanks. Then the opponent has to choose to either gun down your obliterators or worry about the bezerkers who are still coming for them.
You have to check out how the defiler works for you. Personally I'd just get more basic marines and give them some melta, but to each his own.

I think I would do the following
Drop all the havoc launchers from the rhinos and replace with combi meltas. They are going to be going flat out and after you drop your troops off they become a small threat.
For the terminators drop the icon, heavy flamer and power fist and replace with a third combi melta and chainfist. They don't need the icon as they have a high LD and they need to be dedicated to anti tank or troop not a mix unless you try and run a fourth with heavy flamer which is what I do, I find two combi melta shots isn't enough.
This leaving you with 14 points left over

I'll drop the termie icon, I'm hesitant about upgrading to a chainfist because as you say, they will probably die right after shooting. I would really love to keep the raptors, as they are the retinue for my Lord, however I can part with the havocs on the zerkers rhinos. With that 20 points, should I upgrade the raptors to 6, upgrade their icon to MoK, or change the melta in my 5 man csm squad to a plasma and add another marine?

If the termies do survive which mine do a lot that chainfist will come in handy being amongst the enemy lines.
I'd keep the Raptors with melta but have a think if the lord is kitted out correctly to go with them. The raptors are anti mech due to melta guns but the lord is more anti troop due to his daemon weapon, would he benefit a powerfist or are melta bombs good enough?
I'm still looking at options for my own Raptors at the moment. I was going to try two units one with dual melta and a Tzeentch sorcerer with melta bombs and the other unit with twin flamers and a Tzeentch lord with daemon weapon.

Did you know that you can still fit your lord in a rhino even though he has wings? - he counts as moving like jump infantry, but still counts as regular infantry.
Therefore, he can tag along with the zerkers til an opportune target presents itself that he can take in combat and flies off by himself and pushes in some faces

I think the list can still be tightened up a bit. If you plan to deep strike the terminators to hunt armor with the combi meltas the heavy flamer does not match up well as it doesn't have the same targets. I would suggest trying to fit in a reaper autocannon instead of the heavy flamer. That way if you land out of melta range with the deep strike you will still have a chance to hit vehicles in the rear armor and for them to do their job as tank hunters. I would second the chain fist over the regular fist as well. With the chain fist you have a good chance to carve up even landraiders.
If you don't want to drop the raptors in favor of more obliterators, at least pair up the obliterators. At 1500 points there are a ton of weapons that can kill the oblits and if you run them alone you're giving up two easy kill points. I run them as a squad of 3 and even then they rarely survive the whole game.
If you would like to run the raptors with the lord as ablative wounds I would suggest swapping the regular lord for a sorcerer. Give the sorcerer wings or jump pack and also winds of chaos. That ends up being the same 150 points. That way the lord can still help the melta guns against tanks to some extent and you get a way to deal with infantry with the template. Cooking people with the psychic power and then charging in with the power weapon will probably kill more people in the long run than the chance of your lord bonking himself on the head with the daemon weapon. This unit can be both offensive to hunt tanks and defensive against deep strikers who come nicely grouped.

I like the suggestions about the reaper, and I suppose the chainfist would be really helpful against landraiders.. I'm just at a loss as to where to get the point from. After dropping the heavy flamer I would still need 25 points to use both a chainfist and reaper. Should I downgrade the IoT to IoCG? I'm in love with the 4++..

I don't think you really need an icon on the terminators. Overall I prefer more bodies to ensure unit survival than to make individual models tougher.

This list makes me wonder about mine. . . .
Why not drop the Daemon weapon and jump pack for mark of Slaanesh and a Steed? Giving the Champ lightning claws too. . .
Wouldn't that add an attack, a jump pack, and +1i?
Mine give him lightning claws for anti Infantry, so the Melta's pop a transport and he charges into the cargo.
I think dropping the havoc launchers, and the Defiler for two squads of two Obliterators is a better move.
Just an idea, my group has Chosen with an icon and 5 meltas, or 5 plasmas instead of the termies
