Hi guys.
I'm Lead Legion. I paint miniatures for a living. Usually for about 10-12 hours each day. Unfortunately, this means I don't have as much time to paint my own miniatures as I would like, so I tend to have to speed paint my own armies Generally, I manage a kill-point or two a week for myself, painting during lunch-breaks and for half an hour before and after work. At the same time, I paint more than 100 (usually closer to 300) miniatures a month for other people, painted to a high-end tabletop standard (for low-end tabletop prices, seemingly).
I play an Imperial Guard traitor army in
40K (all speed-painted, two-three hours per ten man squad or single vehicle), having recently sold off all my old Space Marines. I've been around since 1988, and while I reckon
40K has gotten better with every edition since 2nd, I still prefer WBF 3rd over the later editions by a long way. I'm also into Empire of the Dead, Blood Bowl, AE-WWII and 15mm skirmish gaming.
