Had these laying around and decided to put them to work. I am wondering if it was at all possible to scratch build a list with them.
Ill add an addendum with a point build once i get home.

HQ: eldar farseer w skuriken pistol and pistol
Elite:x5 wraithguard
Troop: x25-30 dire avengers (oop 2 edition models, guess the rapid fire guns are still the same)
Troop: 5 Rangers
Fast Attack: x2 vypers
Fast Attack: x4 Dark Eldar Reaver jetbikes (proxy DE codex states there Eldar Reaver bikes)
HS: war walker x1 (may be incorrect category but deff not an HQ)
HS: support weapon x1 (both guns exist for platform)

Im guessing i got some warp spiders and striking scorpians but id rebuy them coz the old look like crab soilders

My insight towards eldar is grab a large tank and and platform guns turrets and fire pinning shots while using large walker /psyker hq as a backup. Ive played enough DE to stay away from CCombat and be a cover huggin, shootin army.

you cant have reaver jet bikes for eldar it must be something from forge world or from the book. also no powers for the farseer? the wrath guard need the farseer to go with them or in a 1 / 6 change they will just sit there wondering what to do while they look inside the barrel's of there guns and go hey shoot me

the guardians can only take 20 troops

the hs choices get rid of them unless there is x3 of them also what weapons do they have are you in the correct edition codex?

I literaly found these models in one of my old build boxes and said hey lets give it a shot. Im asking for scratch build/ where to start advice as i havent invested in a codex... yet

It was just a list im fully aware i cant "use apples for oranges" for reaver jetbikes. i was just gonna proxy them... wysiwyg doenst realy apply as much over beers with friends

My list would be 12 man squads no transport.
(elite + hq + hs =500)
(dire avengers + Rangers = 500)
i gotta use army builder later as im at work...

also a codex would help XD get the codex first

Thanks again. I was just asking for novice advice as ive already invested 250 bucks into eldar. before dishing out a weeks worth of drinking i was gonna do my research. I have enough impulses haha.

you spent $250 and didn't buy a book first o.e

what i did is i bought (almost) ever book first then collected an army second (assault on black reach doesn't count)

and now im mainly a blood angels and daemon player with some orks and ig

A bit of advice with the models you have, your wraithguard are the only good anti-tank you have, and for them to get close they need a transport otherwise they will die on the way (despite toughness 6)
You may want to look through a codex of eldar at some point and have some units you definetely want and don't want in the list.

wrath guard arnt even good at anti tank

That's a matter of opinion, since most of the time you will do damage to an enemy vehicle.

With what you have you'll need ~4-6 wave serpents, 3 Fire prisms, and 2 boxes of Fire Dragons to be looking at a standard competitive list (AKA $300-400 USD). As is you have very little AntiTank so to make the army fieldable cheaply I'd add on some Wraithlords as they're the cheap ($$$ wise) investment to beef up AT. Also a Warlock would be sweet to have go with the wraithguard and you have the beginnings of a Footdar list.

So essentially you have the core of a decent army (Lots of DA and a farseer) with a few extras (Wraithguard, and a single WW. The Vypers can be alright, but not great)
