2x Farseer w/ runes of warding, runes of witnessing, spirit stones, doom and guide
1x 10 Fire Dragons
Exarch w/ firepike and tank hunter
Wave Serpent w/ twin-linked bright lances, vectored engines and spirite stones
2x 10 Dire Avengers
Exarch w/ two shuriken catapaults and bladestorm
Wave Serpent w/ twin-linked eldar missile launchers, vectored engines and spirit stones
1x 10 Dire Avengers
Exarch w/ two shuriken catapaults and bladestorm
3x Night Spinners
1750 pt. list.
I am undecided about all of the Wave Serpents weapon upgrades, without the weapons upgrades the list totals 1646. I decided not to take any upgrades at all on the Night Spinners because they should be able to stay far enough away from everything with the 72" range of the doomweaver. I understand there isn't much survivability to this list but I figured it can put down some mean fire power while staying mobile and keeping the opposing army crippled with the Night Spinners.
Criticism please!

that's allot for that amount (eldar terms) i would have just 3 missile launchers for long range shooting and that's it for the transports i don't know much about the eldar trickery all i have is the book but 3 missile launchers because the bright lance is too expensive and only good agenst things like land raiders also your fire dragons got this just make sure to non stop cast fortune on everything also i would trade in the night spinners for something else fast i don't know what but if you want to keep them go ahead this is all in opinion

Well, the list is horrible.
First, one Farseer is sufficient, after all, she's only a supporting character. If you want another HQ, take an Autarch as she can boost reserve rolls just in case your army stays in reserve.
Fire Dragons are a must have, but you only need 5 to get a job done or you take 2 times 5 for the job. You need 2 (or 3) times 5 FDs in Serpents.
Serpents should have stones and scatter lasers. Nothing else. Vectored engines are only useful if you have star engines. They do only help if the skimmer moves over 12'' and gets immobilized. But you want to move them only 12'' and shoot the enemy.
Dire Avengers are better used in small squads, 5 men are sufficient. Fielding bladestorming DAs is rather ambitious. They disembark, shoot, and then eventually die from return fire.
A single Nightspinner is a nice add-on for disrupting enemy plans. But three are overkill and kinda useless.

I would take out the dire avenger squad on foot, since its the only unit that hasn't got a transport, making it a high priority target.
Depending how you play the list, depends on whether you need 2 farseer's or not. I only use one farseer at 1750 and have all of my units close together so the army compensates for the lack of an extra h.q (works for me at least).
Having 10 fire dragons in one squad is a bit overkill. I would split them into two separate squads or just have one squad of 7/8.
Other than that the list looks it should be able to win some games.

Ok you need to think about your HQ unit. Why do you have guide? Are you going to guide the Dire Avengers? You dont need to guide dire avengers, its a waste of points they are BS4.
As far as double doom, you dont need that either as your focus firing one unit.
Drop a farseer. Make 1 Farseer only have doom, and you have ALOT of saved points. I would suggest adding a fusion gun autarch.
Make your fire dragon squads in units of 5-6, dont give them an exarch and send them against tanks.
Your wave serpents needs Scatter Lasers/ Cannons / Or EML's , Bring Lances are silly.
Drop your vectored engines, I have no idea why your spamming them, drop your spirit stones as well.
Drop your squad of 10 with no transport to 5 models, and give it a falcon with an EML.
Drop the 2 NightSpinners and make them 2 Fire Prisms, and you have a much more versatile and much more killy unit.
Add another squad of 5 fire dragons.
Your list should look like this.
Farseer - Doom
Autarch - Fusion
5 Dragons, Serpent, Weapon
5 Dragons, Serpent, Weapon
10 Avengers, Serpent, weapon
10 avengers, serpent, weapon
5 avengers, falcon
Falcon
Prism
Prism
Compare that to your first list and youll find its ubundantly better.

With all the FnP and cover sheninigans the spinner is imo better than the prism but they each have their benefits. While not as good vs tanks they are still decent. Str 6 + rending will score a few glances/pens especially since its barrage. That is on top of the usual 1 in 6 chance of imobilizing.
If your group allow forgeworld then I would recomend the Hornet, 125 pts for an AV 11 scout vehicle with 4 str 8 AP 2 shots at BS 4 is quite amazing.
This is how my 2k list looks like.
HQ:
Eldrad = 210
Elites:
5xFDs = 80
Serpent (Cannon, Stones) = 110
5xFDs = 80
Serpent (Cannon, Stones) = 110
Troops:

EML serpents with cannons provides cover for the Hornets. With 17 48" str 8 shots I can usually manage with only two squads of fire dragons.
