Need tips/tutorial on how to make a bionic eye on my 28mm space figures.
Have searched the net without luck.
Not sure how to approach this.
Green stuff, plasticard or a combination of these ?
Appreciate any help.

plasticard tends to be better. I use a thin rod/tube for the lens, then build up the bulk with small flat pieces and cover the joins with GS.

gunsights are also good for lenses

Thin rod tube sounds ok, maybe the bulk can be buildt up with some GS. And cables with some thin wire. The front of the lence must stand a bit out, thats the tricky part. Not sure how.

For the lens, roll yourself a tiny ball of GS. Pres it into place on the front of the housing. Grab a piece of thin plastic rod with a squared-off end, and push it into the centre of your GS ball.

Job done. Although you can also grab a sculpting tool at this point and work around the outside of the lens, to square it off. That bit is optional, though.
