so, for my silent hill themed necromunda gang I need to make a bogeyman but I have no idea where to start. what I really need is a largeish, bulky male figure with I can sculpt a gas mask and coat onto onto or even better a figure with a coat/gas mask

That model is not the right scale..... that is inquistor which is 54mm

OP did want him to be big and bulky. Though, the model might be too small since he's looking for something 3,5".
