Making an Ordos Xenos Inquisitorial Army based upon a piece of fanfiction I've been writing for about a year. There will not be any GK in this army beyond what is necessary to make it a viable list ( and they won't be GK models ). As much as is possible I will either be making custom sculpts or raiding my bits box for this one, should be a fun project.

I really like that stormraven stand-in. The rounded bits make it look far more high-tech and alien-like than the original Valkyrie set which seems to be the main ingredient.

I never really liked the idea of a uniform inquisitorial force, it rather seemed to defeat the entire purpose of it. An Inquisitor's army should be a combination of whatever poor bastards he's shanghaied into fighting for his cause, by hook or by crook.

JMS hated merchandising, he went so far as to make an episode about how much he hated it. So while they did make a limited run of miniatures as part of his contractual obligations they literally only did so for about one year. It's taken me about three years to collect as many as I have in this army. They're goddamn impossible to find.
