The plan is:
All vehicles on the table. The haemoncolus with whyches. Deploy the portals and hope my reserve rolls goes ok.

Maybe drop a venom for something more to arrive trough the portals. Maybe give the scourges or reavers heat lances and use the extra points somewhere else.

About as good and balanced as a 1,500 webway army gets - though heat lances are far superior on the scourges since it's so easy for them to get into melta range

As an afterthought, if you can squeeze 20 pts out of the list liquifer guns for he hommys are always a good call, especially since they can sit in the vehicles and flame, and maybe lose one venom squad for a Ravager for a little first turn anti-tank?

Yes. I could swap the blaster for heat lances on reavers and scourges and get enough points to give at least one haemoncolus a liquifier.

A ravager is very useful but it's good to have an excess of troops here as I think there is a risk that many of them will die a violent death early on (as dark eldars usually do).

i think heat lances is the way to go, and i see what you're saying with the troops, personally though they're all protected by flickerfields and the wyches will have FNP as soon as they're popped out - and hopefully by the time the troops are out of the vehicles the opponent will have bigger fish to fry?

I only say cos T1 currently you have nothing that can take out that problematic tank (which will likely be what's popping the transports anyway), since the blasters can't fire if you're moving 12". But i guess the only answer is playtest and see what works for you

Maybe swapping one warriorwenom squad for a ravager with flickerfields and giving the other hommy an liquifier is the way to go.
I'll try with this concept a bit. I really like a mobile list and I think this will be fun to play.

Not getting first turn may be a problem, but I think the portals will be useful even if the raiders are popped turn 1. And then I still have three other annoying flying machines causing problems.

Is there any way of making this a 1000pts DE Webway list for weekend tournoments?

No special characters
Basic Force Organization Chart

Id say 2 talos on turn 2 would be catastrophic IF transport dont get shot down and with lucky reserve roll. How would you adjust if even possible?
