Hi all. I used to play 40k back in the late '90's/early 2000's. I started as 2nd Edition was ending and lasted a few years into 3rd Edition, I had a decent sized Tyranid army, back when they were the overpowered race of the game (apparently they have since been nerfed). After many years away me and some friends are getting back into it. I've been perusing the forms for a few months now and figured it was about time I joined up.

I'm building up my Guard army right now, thinking of either a Necron or Elder army once I finish my Guard, depending on how the rumored Elder Codex looks once it's released. I remember visiting this site back in the day along with The Warp a lot (if anyone remembers that site). I recently stumbled upon all my old 2nd/3rd Edition Codex's and White Dwarfs. It's pretty rad to see everything that has and hasn't changed over the decade.
