Since I read the Horus Heresy Collected Visions, I've always wanted a pre-heresy army. The only choice was which legion? However, after reading Fulgrim, I decided to choose the Legio III, The Emperor's Children. Their perfectionist OCD really struck ma chord with me and so, I decided to get a second morgage (kidding) and take the plunge. I have n my possession:

10 MK IV Maximus Suits
10 Umbra Ferrox Bolters
1 Space Marine Commander Kit
Various other bitz

I'm not paying a great deal of attention to rules as my friends don't really care so playability isn't that big of an issue but I'm still hoping for minimal PH with loads of fluff and some diverse modelling opportunities. Now I must warn you that I'm a very slow and incompetent painter, a terrible sculptor and just generally not that great. Also, Apologies in advance for the crap pictures. Now I'm looking for names for some of my characters. There's another 9 marines in the pipeline including a Sarge with Power Sword and Combat Shield. He'll also have a cloak and banner as well as a brass etch Aquila on his chest. Fluff for the Campaign and models will follow shortly. C&C welcome (preferably both)

Your purple is very crisp; good job. I like your captain have you got the whole set as the one with the hammer makes a great EC captain with all the wings and things. One minor knit-pick is the gold on the captains knees looks a little messy, although that may just be the camera, looking forward to seeing where this goes.
