Well, It's about time he realized he was out of the running. I wonder how he intends to "make his voice heard" at the convention, i.e. what he intends to push for?
I'm both selfish and rational. I'm scheming, secretive and manipulative; I use knowledge as a tool for personal gain, and in turn obtaining more knowledge. At best, I am mysterious and stealthy; at worst, I am distrustful and opportunistic.

He is going to have a lot of delegates committed to him. That is going to give him and his folks say into who the VP is, and what the party platform looks like.
And I don't think it is accurate to say he ended his campaign, I think it is more accurate to say he won't be wasting money on primaries he can't win. Expect him and his folsk to continue to play havoc at state conventions in order to secure delegates.

Never mistake my dislike of hypocritical morons for misogyny, Palin Jnr placed herself in harm's way when she began openly entering the political arena to slam the President for supporting gay marriage, claiming religious high ground, whilst herself openly breaking the biblical rules when she spawned out of wedlock. She is also championing abstinence...

Paul's supporters are very vocal and will almost certainly cause a ruckus at the convention, a ruckus that the GOP leadership is desperate to get rid of so that their party may put forth a unified image in the months prior to the general election. Paul supporters, however, want no part of this "unified" GOP.

If Ron Paul does anything good (and this is unliekly), it is taht he will ruin the false image of a unified GOP, making people realize "why the hell am I agreeing with these people again?" when you have secular libertarians who want federal government out of our lives (but are apparently okay with state government restriction of civil rights) standing next to religious extremists who want to control our lives standing next to right wing capitalistas that want to control our wallets.
