Librarian - 125 points
Shield of sanguinius, the sanguine sword

Elites:
4 x Sanguinary guard - 75 points (each)
- Jump Pack

Troops:
4 x 10 Assault Marines - 235 Points (each)
- Powerfist
- 2x Melta

1 x 5 Scouts - 100 Points (each)
- Camo Cloaks
- Snipers
- Missile Launcher

Fast Attack:
Baal Predator - 145
- Twin Linked Assault Cannon
- Heavy Bolter Sponsons

Heavy Support:
3 x 5 Devestators - 130 points (each)
- 4 x Missile Launchers

Run the libby with one of the assault squads, one priest in each assault squad, using the scouts for camping objectives and providing light fire support, the baal provides medium/anti marine firesupport and the devestators does all the anti tank work.

i would scrap the scouts for another librrian but then again thats just me

Having a solitary tank just means it's going to have a huge target painted on it. It's not much of a "balanced" list when you're taking 65 infantry-type models and 1 tank....

Nitpick: I think you mean Sanguinary Priests, not Guard

2 Priests will be plenty. You could get another Baal, if you want, with the points.

I don't think the Baal fits, you either drop it or get more mech, the 1 tank isn't great.

If you want fast and moble, consider attack bikes or land speeders.

I would defiantly get rid of your only tank, and I would take in another scout squad, giving them both locator beckons.
