Back in Texas

So I finally have heard back from my command and found out I will be able to attend WarGamesCon in Austin this year and have a go at the FoW early war nationals.
I am still deciding on what army to bring as I have been unsure if I would be able to go I now have to buy build and paint an army in the next five weeks. Least the combination on Warstore and Zvezda models will make this a fairly cheap army money wise.

The two current lists I am looking at are as follows.

Czech Panzerkompanie (II Battalion 25th Panzer Regiment 7th Panzer)

HQ
Company HQ- 2 Panzer 38(t)B 175pts

Combat Platoons
Czech Panzer Platoon- 4 Panzer 38(t)B 350pts
Czech Panzer Platoon- 4 Panzer 38(t)B 350pts
Panzer II Platoon- 5 Panzer II C(early) 225pts

Divisional Support Platoons
Mixed Panzerspah Platoon- 3 Sd Kfz 222(2cm) &
3 Sd Kfz 221(MG) 225pts

Priority Air Support- Ju 87B Stuka with Schwerpunkt 175pts

1500pts

Mittlere Panzerkompanie (II Battalion 4th Panzer Regiment 2nd Panzer)

HQ
Company HQ- 2 Panzer III E 260pts

Combat Platoons
Panzer II Platoon- 5 Panzer II C(early) 225pts
Panzer II Platoon- 5 Panzer II C(early) 225pts
Panzer III Platoon- 3 Panzer III E 390pts

Divisional Support Platoons
Mixed Panzerspah Platoon- 3 Sd Kfz 222(2cm) &
3 Sd Kfz 221(MG) 225pts

Priority Air Support- Ju 87B Stuka with Schwerpunkt 175pts

1500pts

Both lists have the exact same number of models only real difference is the Czech company has a slightly higher AT/FP over all and the
Medium company has the slightly higher Armor (still find it hard to call 3 high armor after my Bake Regiment from Grey Wolf -_-) and faster firing guns when I am at the halt.
At this point it is coming down to what models do I like more lol.

Any help would be appreciated.

I like the Cezch. If only that the models can get some milage in a midwar list as well. (I think).

Back in the English morass

I would go with the second list. EW Panzers don't do very well in tournaments though as they have no effective counter to heavy armour and heavy armour is likely to pop up a lot.

Myown 1750 EW Panzers are entirely Zvezda and cost me £46

The prefect example of someone missing the point.
Do not underestimate the Squats. They survived for millenia cut off from the Imperium and assailed on all sides. Their determination and resilience is an example to us all.

Its just a shame that they couldn't fight off Andy Chambers.
