Hi.

I just got a bunch of used Tyranid models, and amongst a conversion (after ripping it apart), I found a model. I have no idea what it is, and I was wondering if anyone could help identify it?

Sorry, wasn't sure what section. Searched and the other 'identify' thread I found was in intro, so figured it a good spot to start.

As for the model, I have no idea to be perfectly honest. It almost looks like a mieotic spore, though I doubt it was made whenever this model was.

maybe its a custom within a conversion?

It's all one piece. No doubt old, judging by the fact it has a metal, square base. It looks like some sort of mutant-child between a spore and a Zoanthrope (maybe the Hive Mind wanted a lancing mine? Who knows.)

I'd just like to figure out where it's from.

It is possible it could be an origional

Possibly. But it is pewter. Could always be a long-dead company, considering the rest of the lots I got is second gen 'Nids. If that's the case, next to impossible to figure out what it is without hours of search.

Its from the "Warlord" line from 'Reaper" called the "Devourer of Mashaf"
