I'm trying to convert my Triarch praetorians to lychguard and I'm having trouble seperating the pieces, is there anyway to dissolve the glue?(its Zap-a-cap medium CA)

You can buy glue disintegrator at any hobbylobby/michael's equivalent. Acetone will also work. Just don't leave it on for long because it WILL melt plastic models with prolonged exposure. I have no idea about resin reactions.

Acetone WILL soften polyurethane resins - so use it at your own risk on FW resins.
Superglue debonder can be bought in hardware stores, chemists (pharmacies) or wherever nail polish remover can be bought (available in both acetone and acetone free).
