You're right. Looks like as soon as he's headed out the door, the site has crashed ...bloody typical.

Just lucky I got my order in before it went down.

I am displeased. I wanted guns from him.

He'll be back in a few days, and seems quite the accommodating and personable sort. I'm sure he'll have a solution for us.

Awesome holiday, very relaxing, batteries fully recharged and back to the grind stone for another 6 months of 60 hour working weeks!

I will be frantically casting and packing (and roping in as much assistance as possible from family and friends) to get caught up with orders, and hope to have everything back to normal by next Monday.

The server problems have hopefully been fixed now, and though the holiday sale is officially over, you can still use the discount code until tomorrow evening, so if you've been planning to place an order but not got round to it yet, the coupon code is good for another 24 hours.

Try accessing the site from a different web browser, and/or clearing your cookies, The site IS there, but if you are loading an old version stored in your browser, it will throw up an error page.

Dont worry about the time scale, just send me a PM when you are able to access the site and Ill sort the discount out for you, same goes for anyone else on dakka having troubles with access.

General announcement

As of now Anvil Industry is back to normal

I have cast and packed up all holiday orders, two full days ahead of schedule, so Ill spend the next few days sorting and organizing, and as of next Monday, I'm going to have a serious planning session to figure out the release schedule for the next few months.

I will be posting up all the projects Ill be working on and looking for feedback, between now and then, if there is a component or accessory you would like to see, please post your ideas, I will do my best to make anything which I think is a feasible product.

If you've previously suggested things, please be assured I am going to read through the thread and pick out all the suggestions for inclusion in the list.

Any chance of oval flying bases in the same styles as your other bases? city ruins or desert types would be favourite for me about now.

Eagerly and excitedly waiting on my figures. I bought 3 sets of "figures" - though they'll be farmed out as "bits" to make some of my Loyalist and Chaos forces look much cooler. Shame I had to pack away most of my figures for moving.. :(

@Gary, large oval bases (90x120mm I assume you mean?) is somthing I would very much like to so, but the molds would be technically very difficult to make, and im not sure the demand for bases would be high enough to justify it.

What is more likely is a "basing kit" of resin parts which could be arranged on a regular flat base of any size, to fit a certain theme. As that would be more flexible and much easier to cast.

@Scipio - they are on the way! Hopefully on the ground in Aus already, Id expect the parcel to arrive within the next 5 days if there are no customs hold ups.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT-

A good friend of mine, Charlie, who has been helping out part time for a while, has now joined Anvil Industry full time.

This frees up a lot of time for me to work on new products, and hopefully means that from now on new releases will come out a lot faster and I will be able to make a dent in the backlog of ideas floating around my head!

I've just bought a load of Bionics off Joel, very pleased. My Iron hands are getting some Bionic Love and are looking at me from the painting table.

Looking forward to more Bionics and time to do that AD-MECH allies force I was thinking about under 6th Edition Rules.





I was going to put a pauldron on him, but because he's an Iron Hand, I think he would wear his Arm proudly like a badge of honour.

Without being mean about it, I would agree I would like to buy some Terminator sized Bionic Fists, and maybe some oversized Bionic fists, that look almost like a Large Power Glove / fists ( hint * hint).

I'm Currently working on some Veteran/bionic versions of the "bare heads" product.

The first bionic leg product will be a couple of the "medieval" steam lord leg peices, with chunks of leg replaced with robotic components.

Further down the line I will be doing a "multi pose" 3D printed bionic leg set, which like the arms will do both sides and be available in a few different sizes.


Charax, yes I am, it was a good suggestion and I've finally got round to it!

In addition to a few multi pose arms, im going to include a couple of one peice arms with more power cabling. and some bionic hands - pointing, holding pistol grip, holding sword grip. and I think I will also chuck in a large bionic "energy fist" of some sort..

The new sprue will have to be a bit more expensive as a result, but should be a lot more usefull for easy conversions!

I will take some preview photos tommorow afternoon.
