New Battlefield In A Box: Rural Church

Battlefront sent us one of the new Rural Churches to have a look at. By now anyone reading this knows how much I love the Battlefield in a Box line, so this is going to be less of a review and more of a showcase.
Suffice it to say at the $40 price point, I am certainly impressed with this set!

I LOVE this church and was going to get it as soon as I saw the pic. This article just clinched it though...

Very nice... Got a similar one in 20mm so this will work nicely as a smaller village church for 20mm.

I've been shopping for a Russian church, and I've got to say, I'm not sold on this one. It just doesn't have any pazzazz to me.

The Total Battle one though....I'm sorely tempted with this one.

I like Total Battle as well but, I personally feel their terrain is over-priced.

TB's Church bought pre-painted (as the BF one is) would run $158! Even if you buy it unpainted, you're looking at $63.

I dunno - it looks a bit crude next to the vehicles and figures. The thickness of the walls, and the overscale texturing, don't really look very good in 15mm.

Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.
