As far as I know you need chenkov for send in the next wave

It's your money and all, but you might think about some variety in there. You will rarely field a 4000 point force and might want to instead make a 2000 point force with a number of smaller pieces that you can slot into it for use in games.

Also, doesn't send in the 2nd wave require the special character in the PCS?

Are you looking at using this competitively, just collecting, for funsies?

gotta have at least 1 commissar....4000 points you should be rollin with at least like 3-5

I think you definately need at least 1 Lord Commissar. Those Heavy Weapon Teams you really dont want running.

I think you need power weapons in the IS's along with commissars, potentially melta guns, and maybe even melta bombs on the SGTs.

I think you have too much into those sentinals and that would be points better spent elsewhere.

I think unless you are on a table bigger than 6' x 4' the baslisks are going to be if-y. And I would bring a lot more.

You have a lot of hard hitting units, the HWS, the Basilisks, but you wasted quite a few points on Sentinals, those fancy HQ's, conscripts (which WILL run) and the ogryns. Why not take the ogryns on foot? Or not take them at all. I think the CCS's should pick one special weapon or heavy weapon and roll with that.

With straken and creed I would give them camo cloaks and camp them behind my mass of power blobs.

I dont really know how this list will do, minus the points above, because I Have only seen 4k point armies in apoc. But expect a lot cheese at that level.
