A bunch of friends and I live in the Hillsboro area (about 45 min out from Portland), Oregon. We are very avid 40k players. Unfortunately out FLGS, Rivals Fantasy Games, stopped supporting tabletop gaming (they are likely to go out of business soon...). They have gotten rid of the gaming areas where we played, along with all tables and terrain.

Knightfall games in Beaverton (only about 15 min from us), also went out of business.

That literally only leaves Rainy Day Games... and they are notorious for not have the most friendly wargamers around. not to mention their space isn't really suited well for large scale games, as they have very limited table-space.

The gamers that Rivals lost could all go over to Rainy Day, and "change" the general theme of the players there, but we would prefer to find a new place altogether.

Then there is Other Worlds Games, which is about 30 minutes out (ideally. But there is usually traffic, so its between 30-45 minutes). Unfortunately, that is even further for some of us, and therefor too far.

I was hoping we could get some help from Dakka Dakka. Does anybody here live who lives near Hillsboro, know where we could go?

Also, just out of curiosity, does anybody know where all the Knightfall 40k gamers are going?
