MY FIRST PAINTING POST

i need to paint about 290 more of these for my army... nothing special but i am pretty happy. i knocked these out in about 5 hour session ( just the 10 guardsmen)



I really cant stand when you verus a army that is painted poorly i hope someone can tell me mine is atleast a 4-5/10 for standard or somthing ahha

i washed over all of the model with one of the technical citadel paints which is why they are a bit glossy :S

im pretty new to 40k after a few years of hiatus from when i was only 14-15 years old

On a different note: You don't versus anyone. I wouldn't normally say anything but this is a pet peeve...

Looks pretty good. Better than my standards heh.

Think I might stab myself in the face if I only "had 290 more to go"... Good luck with that, it's going to look very impressive if they all come out near the level of those first 10.

Nice work, definitely tabletop quality.
My only comment would be to use boltgun metal on the antennae and the raised parts of the flamer backpack.
Faintly drybrushing some brown on the end of the flamer also looks good (and is really easy).
