Quick one - is it worth it to get the extra roof/floor pack that comes with 2 roof/floor sections?

I recently bought this building from the Warstore just for variety's sake, to go along with all the Sarissa Precision stuff I bought.

But, the Warstore didn't have the extra roof sections, just the extra interior walls.

Well, it gives variety. With only an apartment you're able to make one building of any height.
With the extra roofs, you're suddenly able to make several apartments of different height.
Not really necessary if you've only got one of the buildings, but once you get two or three I strongly recommend it.
