Subject: Piranha Gun Drone Assault Move

If a Piranha moves 12", and the Gun Drones then disembark, can they make their Jet Pack assault move in the subsequent assault phase? The main reason I ask is for the potential to have a Piranha contest an objective that is (at most) 28.9" away by moving 12", disembarking the Gun Drones 1.9", running them D6" and then jet pack moving them a further 6". All this would of course assume the Piranha is still alive by end game

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Note, with regards to the disembark distance, that only the back end of the base has to be within the 2" radius, so a standard 25mm base will actually get you closer to 2.9" of distance from a disembark, I get the feeling a drone flying stand will give you slightly more.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).
