No reason to switch over. You seem to doing fine, and since you can color however you want with PP stuff, no reason to switch over to the other line unless you prefer things like how it dries and the palette choices they have.

  And stuff.

Blaque is right, citadel paints aren't the best in the industry, but they stand up fine (well, the old ones at least, I have no experience with the newer ones.) I like p3 paints a lot, but not enough to trash perfectly good paint I already have.
I think if there is anything you need it's practice and technique; and from the looks of it you are ready for that next step up.

GW paints are fine. BUT, I would recommend that you water your paints down and layer your reds more.

Which range of paints you use is more or less irrelevant. Each range has a few different colours, so changing the range in the midst of painting an army will be difficult. But other than that, it doesn't matter.

I agree with Surtur about thinning the paint, but more importantly, I think the next step for you is to practice to paint with more precision; stay in the lines and correct any points where you painted over a different area of the model, like for example the shoulder pad of the guy on the right - the gold has gone into the red area there. Correcting things like that goes a long way towards creating really cool-looking models.

"We train young men to drop fire on people, but their commanders won't allow them to write "feth" on their airplanes because it's obscene!" (Colonel Kurtz in Apocalypse Now)

And you know what's funny? "feth" is actually censored on a forum about a dystopia where the nice guys are the ones who kill only millions of innocents, not billions.   |

your paints seem to be working well for you. If it aint broke don't fix it so to speak.
P3 paints are good in my opinion but i prefer reaper for 2 reasons :
  1. the dropper bottles
  2. p3 paints seem to dry out very fast for me, being in a warm country is not always good.
