Hello,
My name is Jay, and I just joined the forums after a friend recommended it. I have been collecting 40k models for years now, but I have yet to truly play any real matches yet. My old roommate has been teaching me the rules and I hope to play a legit game within the month. I have an Imperial Guard army that is predominantly Catachan, but I do have a good amount of Cadian troops as well as random officers, commissars, and some models I haven't a clue what they are. Hopefully I can pick up the rules quick as I love the concept, the games, and the lore.

Thanks everyone. I think I'll pick the rules up quickly. Is there a section on this forum where I can post my army list and get advice? Also is there a place I post pictures of models to help identify them?
