I like the main idea of this list, but I think I can save you some points. Here's a few ideas.

The wolf tooth necklace isn't worth the points. You're probably thinking of going after characters with your
RP? That's not a good idea. The
RP is better off staying away from
CC. He's too valuable as a support unit and not an especially tough
CC guy. Also, Is he in Terminator armor or runic armor? Is that why he's baseline 120 points? Leave him in power armor and attach him to a squad that will hold an objective in the backfield. Then use
LL to shoot at enemies on the other side of the board.

Personally, I like my
GH squads completely kitted out just like yours. But there are some really good players who have told me that the power weapons are not worth 15 points in a
GH squad. Mark of the Wulfen and a Standard should be enough to win any
CC. Extra Armor might not be needed either.

Give the power fist to the wolf guard. It costs him 10 points less and he has more attacks. Lose the frost blade. I used to love them until I did the math. A wolf claw is better. Or if you've already modeled it on your mini, then just call it a power weapon. Can you put one more
GH in the squad to fill the rhino?

Are these guys going to get close enough to use those meltabombs? If so, then go with a meltagun and combi-melta instead of the plasma. Other wise the meltabombs are a waste. The Razorback isn't going to drive any where. It's going to hang back and shoot it's big gun. So you don't need extra armor.

These are your up close and personal dudes? I could go either way on the plasma pistol. Also, in a game that lasts 6 turns, you're going to be lucky if you get to shoot those melta guns at vehicles on two different turns. A better load out would be a
WG with power fist and combi-melta, 9
GH with meltagun, power weapon, wolf standard and
MOTW. That would kill anything.

If these guys ever get close enough to the enemy to use those meltabombs, then you've probably already lost the game and the meltabombs aren't going to win it for you.
Last comment. I especially like that you have lots of troops. If you're limited by time and mini's I suggest shaving some points out of this list and investing in either a wolf lord or a wolf priest. Either of those characters will add a lot of killy-ness an up to 100+ points to fill out your list. Also, it's only one model to paint / purchase.
