Yes, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. GW do have the masters and have done *at least* one casting run for replacements, as I was told they were making a fresh run. I noticed no changes to the casts though.
Phone up CS, be nice, explain the situation (you may need to email in photos) and they should sort you out. I'll happily slag off the quality, but in my experience the customer service guys have always been great.
