This really comes down to which codex was put together the best. Which codex lets you field a competitive list while still being true to the spirit of the army? If you vote please leave an explanation of why you voted that way. Discuss!

Orks, definitely. Kelly was genius when he wrote this codex. Even the odd lists can be semi-competitive and still fluffy at the same time.
Wait, who's the screwy git that voted space wolves?

DE. Fast, vicious, and deadly. Taking transports for rapid strikes is completely within the fluff and not merely a symptom of the meta. Almost every unit has a different role in DE society and a different one on the battlefield, and even common combos like Haemi+Wyches makes sense for boosting power, or min/max Trueborn squads (naturally birthed Eldar are very rare [min] and always doted upon and given great gear [max])

Good news. This is the best time in the hobby. Full of promise. GW lets us down each time and we know it but secretly we're hoping that this is the edition that GW gives us a balanced game that can also be played competitively at tournaments. I'm loving it.

The SW codex claims that the leader of one of the 13 packs of SW loves Long Fangs, thus legitimizing every netlist you can think of.

My vote was for a guard foot horde.
Orks are also pretty good for this.
