I just noticed that if you use this method to edit your messages you don't get the "edited X times" message at the bottom. Was wondering if this was intended feature or a small glitch?

To double click gets you an "update" button, to Edit gets you an "submit" button so there may be a intended difference.

Indeed I know its been around awhile. I was just wondering if Lego had intended it to operate this way.

It just doesn't show up because the page hasn't reloaded only the text block of your message.

To explain further, i think it's because the coding for the 'edited x times' isn't inside the text block it's after it in the formatting code.
