Any comments advise and suggestions? Critiq welcome I do want to be semi competitive

Ravagers need Flickerfields instead of Night Shields - most of the times NS will be useless. Also, You should equip Ravagers with Dark Lances instead of Disintegrators (which are antiinfantry) - Your list already has plenty of antiinfantry in the form of Splintercannons/splinter weaponry.
I'd put Dark Lances on Raider transports as well for the same reasons.
Archon need Combat Drugs.
Hydra Gauntlet is actually the least effective of Wych/Bloodbride upgrades and those Wyches need Hekatrix with Agoniser, because they won't kill any much themselves. Wyches/Bloodbrides are essentialy an Agoniser delivery system and ablative wounds for it.
I's also put a Blaster in each of Kaballite squad as well.

I thought the night shields would have been effective keeping myself at maximum range as much as possible.

I figured an extra d6 attacks would have been a nice plus, Ill look to putting agonisers and such with them.

The reason they are a little dwindled some is because its only a 1000pt list but If I plan to have them in higher games I should probably go with whats best anyway from the start!

Not sure if ill be able to squeeze in the combat drugs but Its something to keep in mind in later games.

oop, and yeah I will switch the dark lances and cannons in and out depending on who I'm playing. Not list catering but given the alteration is a free one its just a quick swap to suit my opponents as I grow to know what I'm dealing with.

If You are at maximum range with Ravagers (36") then those extra 6" won't help You to deal with most ranged high strength threats such as railguns, lascannons and missile launchers. All those are priorities for Ravagers, but they also tend to have 48" range. So in order to hit them with Your 36" weapons You have to be closer to them and at that range the NS won't be effective anymore. Your best bet is invul and cover saves.
Hydra gauntlet depends on dice and for the same price You can get an extra wych which will put out the same amount of attacks that You get from gauntlet per average. Shardnet and impaler at the same time help to diminish incoming power weapon/instakill attacks, which will ignore Your FNP saves (after the first pain token) - shardnet is also good against dreads and enemy HQs. I also forgot to tell that haywire grenades are pretty mandatory on wyches as well.
There is another cheaper version of archon with agoniser, shadowfield and combat drugs - good to go with wyches as well. Huskblade/Soultrap combo really depends on whether there as Monstrous creatures on the table or enemy HQ willing to engage, whereas agoniser works everytime.

For 1000 points Bloodbrides are a bit overkill... In fact, I'd rather run 9 wyches with Archon (or even more cheaper - Haemonculus) in that Raider, and split the Warriors in two packs, each with a blaster, in Venoms with double Splinter cannons. But I dont wish to impose my 1000 list on You

Okay with these changes I have wound up with about 42 points over. I can go about 10 over tops so thats 32 points over my absolute maximum. I'm not sure what to take out. I realise it would be cheaper to bring in wyches in place of the blood brides however the reason I went with them is because minimum size is 3, which means I can have 4 + archon in a venom. The only other thing I could think which would be to get a raider in place of a venom and go with 3 raiders 1 venom and load on however many wyches I can fit in alongside my Archon though it would ruin my symmetry! I don't see much alternative.

I'd like to keep the warriors on the raiders though because I get more from my splinter racks as more of a ranged barge.

My general idea was to have a focus fire group head into battle on raiders while fast moving venoms shot around sides carrying wyches to disembark into CC.

Your second list is more balanced and I'd say, it is even semi-competitive for playing around without being severely beaten up. Though, if You have picked DE, then still be ready to be beaten up, since they are quite fragile and not forgiving mistakes.

The only thing I'd change in Your list is that Phantasm Grenade Launcher in Bloodbride squad - they don't need it, since they already have plasma grenades. The only time You have to buy it is when Your Archon joins Incubi squad, because Incubi do not have access to any type of grenades. By dropping PGL You get free 10 points.

Btw, Your list is quite similar to mine, except that I use a Raider with wyches and my blaster-warriors go around in Venoms.

The best way to cut the points down even more is to take a Haemonculus with Liquifier Gun/Shattershard instead of Archon. The idea is that he joins Wyches, gives them his pain token. When Wyches disembark into CC, Haemie stays on board of Raider (he sucks in CC anyway). But You usually do this thing when You have at least 9 Wyches with Hekatrix, since they can handle most things pretty well (double 4+ save!). You can't do this with wyches in Venom, since You need at least 5 of them and if You take Haemie You can't take Venom anymore. And even if You could, I doubt they would have enough killing power without Archon. If You wish You can still experiment with his option in respect of the Bloodbrides.

Did You take that extra splinter cannon for Your Venoms as well? If not, You should, when You expand Your list.

Can't bring myself to having my army lead by a haemonculus due to personal choice xD a weakness as far as competitiveness goes I know but I've gone for this over all.

The reason I'm wanting to have my kabals on the raider is because I really like the splinter racks. And in 1500pts wyches will actually have there own raider more likely then not.
Also yes the venoms all have there extra splinter cannons
