Is there anyway to add a second vargard obyron to you army.

Or does hes ghostwalk mantle can be used on any troops in the army?
Is there any other way to let normal troop deep strike?

Obyron is an IC so you can only have 1 per army (at least outside of Apoc).

His Ghostwalk can only be used on the unit he is with (AFAIK).

there's no way to get units to enter play by deepstriek out side of VeilTeks. Deathmarks can btu they are not Troops.

I think troops can enter play via the monolith protal, but that is not really Deep Striking (although the Lith itself can Deep Strike).

All Named Characters are Unique, per the rulebook, so can only be selected once per army.

Your next best bet is to take a Cryptek with Veil. You can have two of them if you take two Royal Courts (to do which you would need two Overlords).

Remember that Veil/Mantle doesn't technically give Deep Strike per se. But you can use them while "walking to board" (as per FAQ) for pretty much the same effect.

This distinction only matters in two cases:
1) Deathmarks cannot use Ethereal Interception when joined by Cryptek with Veil or Vargard Obyron.
2) Nemesor Zahndrekh's "Phased Reinforcements" special rule cannot be used by unit with Cryptek with Veil or Vargard.

Don't forget all the jump infantry in the army can as well, and the scarabs and flayed ones. And I think the scythes can as well.

I'm pretty sure Scarabs cannot Deep Strike. Everything else you said, though, can, as far as I know.

Yeah, Scarabs lost DS for this codex.

Ah, right. Honestly I never used their DS before so I never even bothered to look if they still had it, I just assumed. Thanks for the correction.
