Nice list. However, escoring limits the number of rounds these tanks are effectively shooting. Moreover, I'd go for the missile launchers and not for the lascannons.

Not sure if the devastators fit in here. There requirement to be stationary would really be counter productive to the otherwise high mobility.

Normally, I would say change to landspeeders, but your FA slots are already full. I would probably go with dreads at this point with missiles and las cannon, just so you can move a little bit.

Also, I would add attack bikes with multi-meltas to each bike squad. The meltaguns mean you are within 12" (i.e. assault range) and that is a place you do not want your bikes to be.

Lastly, is there really a need to outflank your bikes? They can turboboost and be pretty much anywhere on the board in 2 turns. I know the novelty of escorting on the board with your bikes is tempting, but my initial suspicion is it is not going to be as great in real life as it sounds on paper. If you are going to outflank, then I definitely agree you should take the TL Lascannons over Typhoons or Skyhammers as you should be right in the thick of it.

As a fun list, sure, why not.

For anything remotely competitive, it won't hold up well. While bikes are good, the advantage comes from bringing more than just two squads of them. The loadouts aren't great either. Don't mix special weapons, and you should seriously consider adding in an attack bike with MM for each squad.

The devs are overpriced in the vanilla marines book, and generally not worth it. In DoW deployments, they lose out on 1-2 turns of shooting just trying to get somewhere useful.

Finally, in the current 5th ed meta, the stormtalon just isn't a good unit. You'd be better off with three typhoon speeders and using the spare points (~150pts) to get more bikes, or at least some razors for the devs to move on the board and provide additional fire support.

I wrote an article on bike armies. I think it will help.
http://the11thcompany.freeforums.org/tac-squads-alternatives-bike-armies-t3582.html

Here are some basics
* Your devs will get tore to shreds before your bikes come on. Outflanking means that they won't see action till turn 2. That's 2 turns of abuse your devs will take before your bikes show up. The moral of the story is to leave the devs at home.

* If your going with an outflanking army, you want everything to outflank. While its pricy, taking a LRR with TH/SS termies in it is still incredibly powerful. This unit plus 2 bike squads each with a stormtalon should do decently.

Now, that is something worth thinking about. Dusting off the LRR and Assault termies and having a stormtalon escort them in. That would ruin pretty much anyone's day I would think.....
