I'm very sorry that i posted this list for the third time but i have had a total of 1 post of help from 2 army list threads and i really need the help so please help me.
I refined my list from the help i got. The medics are mainly for the gets hot on the plasmas so they have a chance to survive.
I will use the las cannons to attack anything that is AV13 or 14 while the autocannons mow down all the other opposition.
My main enemies are marines orks and tyranids.

add commissars to your blob squads. the command squad is best withe plasmas and a medic. PCS would be best with flamers or meltas for counter attacks

Thanks for the help but i want to kill them before they reach the 12 inch line.
Although the commissar thing hmm i think maybe 1 commissar in both PCS'S.

Add the commissar to one of the infantry squads then blob the squads so you can have 30 ld9 stubborn guardsmen.

The 3rd PCS that has the HWS after is an illegal troop choice. You need at least 2 Infantry squads for each PCS.

Some other things, make sure you blob the squads with the commissar, but remember that means they can shoot at less targets. So find a balance there.

GL's are just not that great. You'd be better off dropping the Voxes and GL's for melta guns or power weapons for the blobs. Just because you paid for HW teams does not mean that squad HAS to stay still. If you need to move them do so.

Carapace is an expensive choice for the CCS. Camo cloaks would be a better choice if you are going to run one of these. Keeping this squad cheap means that your opponent will either ignore it or shoot at it with a bunch of stuff keeping your other men alive longer.

The Medic/Plasma PCS's are iffy to me. The medic is the same points as 2 plasma guns. So if you roll 1's, instead of having a 50-50 chance of them surviving, you just have extra plasma gunners. This also lets them shoot with plasma guns instead of the lasgun a medic would have.

I believe your 3rd Platoon might be at fault; a Platoon must have a PCS, and a minimum of 2 infantry squads, so you cannot deploy a single PCS with 3 HWS.

You may do 3 Platoon with 2 IS and a HWS each.

Well it all depends does the swarm have cover? Does he have a pair of gaurds with him? 9 times out of 10 he will have protection and odds are that your opponent will be smart enough to get his guards in cover therefore giving the swarmlord cover. Me personally? I don't think 10 BS3 lascannons will do the trick. It could take up to 3-4 turns I'd say depending on the cover saves.

50% hit, 4 wounds. Give each guard a wound and then the swarm. Give final wound to other guard. Now cover saves. Good chance you don't kill him for a while.

The troops section can be made legal by just shuffling units around a bit. Moving one infantry squad each from the other two platoons to the third would suffice. Deleting the third PCS and moving its heavy weapons squads to one of the remaining platoons would also do it.

You probably don't need vox casters at all. Try playing a game or two and see how heavily you really rely on orders.
