Drop a warrior from each squad and plop 2 HoD's in the Arks with them. I would cut the Immortal squads down for more points to play with, as well as destroyers.
If you are going to have warriors with DestrucTek in arks, agree couple less warriors is probably a good idea. Remember that if you want to double up the DestrucTeks in the warrior squads, you need another overlord.
I assume those immortal squads are tesla? Not sure I'd bother with orb lords for the immortals, perhaps use those points for the additional Crypteks. Those immortal squads could use a DespairTek to help them move around.
Also, chuck MSS on that Overlord if you find the points - the barge isn't going to live for long as it will be a high priority target.
