U dont have enough boys and ur guys can die from a single missle launcher, ur list looks fun to play but in no regards competitive. 16 Bikes to me arent a threat not to mention if one dies you need to pass a LDR check which could make you lose em. Ur Nob bikers need a Pain boy for the FNP save. Ur BW need armour plates, if you get stunned ur guys are gonna have to foot slog it, also id drop a Big Shoota for a Grot Rigger so if you get Immobalized you can repair it. Rokkit buggies arent bad when you have alot but with only 2 they will probli die first turn with no problem id swap em for def koptas w/ TL Rokkits and Buzzsaw. It goes with the feel of the army as well, turbo boost and charge.

Im.not looking to compete more for funsies the nobz do have a painboy pb i see your point about the buggies and the bw though

If your going with a fun list you can do what ever, one of my fun lists have 90 boyz 90 gretchin burnas and looted wagons w/ KFF mek

each squad has one with a rokkit, one with a big shoota and one with a rokkit and a buzzsaw

Tactics:
wazdakka runs with squad of 4 giving pk and bp, turn one turbo boost then fire 4 rokkit equivalents. Turn 2 charge as suicide squad mainly to take out transports.
squad of 8 rides around as fire support shooting and taking assaults selectively.
Squad of 5 runs on the outskirts shooting and assaulting.
Nob bikers do what they do best

Good list i only have 3 koptas at the moment
