Do Whip Coils make Dreadnoughts go at Int 1 also?

Yep. They are models, after all.

Whip coils will effect all models in base contact that have an I value, then any other Initiative modifiers take place such as halberds and howling banshe masks.

So yes you are striking the dreadnought first with s6 rending hits, this is very fun
