But if you mean size-wise, then no, termie arms are a bit too big. They can share hands and power fists/lightning claws though.
I have modeled very few Khorne Berzerkers with some of the terminator lord's weapons and if you cut the top of the arm right you can fit a power armor shoulder on it. Sure the arm in general looks a bit bulkier than the rest but I think it fits alright. Here is an example of said Berzerker.
